Terms & Conditions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the beauty salon Splendida (hereinafter referred to as "the Salon") and the clients using the services provided.

1.2. By using the services of the Salon, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

1.3. The Salon reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

2.1. Customers can book an appointment for laser hair removal via phone, online platform, or in person at the salon.
2.2. If the customer is unable to attend, they must cancel their reservation at least 24 hours in advance.
2.3. If a customer is more than 15 minutes late, the Salon reserves the right to refuse the service or shorten the session without refund.

3.1. The customer must provide accurate information regarding their health condition and medications before the procedure.
3.2. Laser hair removal is not recommended for individuals with certain medical conditions (e.g., skin diseases, pregnancy, etc.).
3.3. The Salon is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow pre- and post-procedure instructions.

4.1. All services must be paid in advance or on the day of the procedure.
4.2. Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of proven medical incompatibility with the procedure.
4.3. In case of technical issues or inability to provide the service by the Salon, the customer may choose a new appointment date or a refund.

5.1. The Salon processes customers' personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
5.2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the customer's consent.

6.1. The Salon is not responsible for complications or adverse reactions if the customer has not provided accurate health information.
6.2. The Salon is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended on the premises.

7.1. Any disputes between the parties shall be resolved amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court.
7.2. These Terms & Conditions come into force upon publication.
